Try to remember….and please join us at 54 Below as we celebrate the longtime partnership of lyricist Tom Jones and composer Harvey Schmidt, whose musicals enriched the theatrical landscape for decades. Featured will be songs from the Broadway shows Celebration, 110 in the Shade, and I Do, I Do, as well as several of the team’s Off-Broadway scores, with a special 65th anniversary tribute to their most beloved and frequently produced show, The Fantasticks, performed by top Broadway, Off-Broadway, and NYC club talent including Robert Cuccioli (Jekyll & Hyde), Ali Ewoldt (The Phantom of the Opera), William Michals (South Pacific, Parade), Tony® nominee A.J. Shively (Paradise Square, La Cage Aux Folles), and Megan Styrna (Bernstein on Broadway at 54 Below). Our show is produced and directed by Michael Portantiere, with Michael Lavine as musical director/pianist.
