The On Broadway Performing Arts Training Program, led by Director and Founder Rema Webb (The Color Purple, The Lion King, The Book of Mormon), is kicking off its mentorship program while bringing in the Valentine’s Day spirit with their On Broadway Dream Connector Showcase. This cabaret will feature Broadway veterans, such as Rema Webb and Gaelen Gilliland (Wicked, Legally Blonde, 9 to 5), Kyle Scatliffe (The Color Purple, Les Mis and upcoming Big River at City Center) and Eric Petersen (School of Rock, Shrek in Shrek: The Musical, Peter and the Starcatcher and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. On TV, Petersen played Arlo Barth on TV Land’s Kristie and has been seen on The Disney Channel’s Jessie, Pair of Kings and Kirby Buckets).

As the launch of the On Broadway Performing Arts Program’s mentorship experience, this evening will showcase selections from The Color Purple, Catch Me If You Can, Cry Baby, Stephen Sondheim, Belinda Carlisle, Jeff Blumenkrantz, and more. Come celebrate love with On Broadway, right in Broadway’s living room.
