Alexis Dobynes
Born and raised in the heart of the American South, Alexis’s artistic journey is deeply imbued with the essence of her cultural upbringing. Descended from four generations of Alabama preachers and shaped by her Louisiana childhood, she draws inspiration from the soulful traditions and vibrant heritage of her Southern roots. With a performance repertoire that includes various esteemed venues, Alexis has left a bit of her Southern charm on stages such as Carnegie Hall, Boston Symphony Hall, Joe’s Pub, The New World Center, Playstation Theatre, and Radio City Music Hall. Beyond her own creative endeavors in music, writing, acting, directing, and modeling, she can be found honing her craft through collaboration. In 2023, she co-founded Heirloom Entertainment, a dynamic creative company committed to uplifting the emerging artist. During her downtime, Alexis is probably indulging in old Hitchcock films, attending the newest art exhibition, watching a play, or vibing out at concert with the girls.
