Antwayn Hopper, Thought #6 of A Strange Loop, Tony Award for BEST MUSICAL!, is an Obie and San Diego Critics Award’ Winning-American actor of Stage, Film and Television. He made his debut on Broadway in the Tony Award Winner for Best Revival, Hair! He played Woodson; Dr. Algernon C. Edwards’ (Andre Holland) assistant on Steven Soderberg’s “THE KNICK” on Cinemax. The comedy starring Kristen Wiig/Darren Criss, GIRL MOST LIKELY, marked his film debut. Upcoming, he is featured in the film A THOUSAND AND ONE with Teyana Taylor! His credits include “Blacklist”, “Gifted Man”, “Blue Bloods”, and “Bored To Death!”
Earlier this year, Hopper portrayed the role of Memphis in NYC Center’s ‘Encore’s!’ THE LIFE alongside Ledisi and Alexandra Grey! Billy Porter Adapted and Directed the production.
