Deaf, Queer, and Latino, Gregor Lopes was born in Brazil and raised in Florida. He moved to NYC to discover himself in the performing arts. His most recent work in Deaf Austin Theatre in partnership with ZACH Theatre for R&H’s Cinderella playing Jean-Michel. He’s participated in multiple works with DeafWest for his roles in Oedipus and Fidelio with LaPhilharmonic, and also performed in The Music Man at Olney Theater Center and won Helen Hayes-Best Ensemble. He acted in several short films such as Puerto Rican Jew, I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead, and his most iconic role in Hell In Vineyard.
