A Nonprofit Cabaret Venue

A woman with long brown hair sits against a deep red curtain, smiling with closed eyes. She wears a black lace dress and gently holds a violin against her shoulder. Her fingers rest on the strings, embodying Hope DiMaria's peaceful connection with the instrument.

Hope DiMaria is a musical theater violinist whose spirited and emotional approach to the violin has led her to perform and record with world-renowned musicians. She is a versatile performer, experienced recording musician, and passionate educator primarily based out of New York City. Hope specializes in musical theater work, performing at 54 Below (“Broadway’s Living Room”) for a number of dynamic performances. Her passion extends to performing with folk singer/songwriters in the city, and recording for film projects. In 2022, Hope had the privilege of recording with Grammy winning film score legend Alan Silvestri, playing his Forrest Gump Suite and Captain America End Credits alongside him in the studio. Hope graduated from Berklee College of Music with concentrations in Violin Performance and Music Business. She spent the first half of her undergraduate career receiving classical training at The Boston Conservatory, where she was honored to play with the Boston Conservatory Symphony Orchestra at Symphony Hall (home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra). She was incredibly active in the musical theater scene during her time in Boston, performing in a number of original theater premieres and working closely with seasoned Broadway veterans such as Eric Stern and Kevin Stites. Hope is a rising artist on the NYC music scene and is looking forward to collaborating on many exciting projects to come.
