Jill Powell began as a professional child performer at age 13 and continued on in NYC with: Broadway, TV Commercials, National Tours, Regional Theatre and as (Marcy Breen) on “As The World Turns.” Jill made her NYC debut at Lincoln Center as (Zaneeta Shinn) in The Music Man starring Bob Gunton. National Tours of Stop The World, I Want To Get Off with the late Sir Anthony Newley and Val in A Chorus Line, (Lola) in Damn Yankees starring Tony Randall. World premieres of Jekyll and Hyde (Alley Theatre), The Little Rascals (Goodspeed) and The Stardust Road (a Hoagy Carmichael story). Jill joined the Broadway company of Tommy Tune’s Grand Hotel as an Operator replacement and understudied Flaemmchen.
Proud mom of Ash!! Jill lives in Asbury Park with her wife Sandra Powell-Elliott.
