Shemaiah Red
Shemaiah Red is a Greensboro, North Carolina-raised artist with a voice rooted in power and soul. She’s spent over a decade gracing stages-starting in choirs and musical theater to lay her foundation. More than a vocalist, Red’s artistry travels across many creative disciplines such as dance, acting, poetry, visual art and more! As a Spelman College graduate, she blossomed into the artist audiences know today as Shemaiah Red, through rich creative opportunities at the illustrious institution. Performing in campus productions and sharing her voice in rooms with artists such as Alicia Keys, the cast of A Different World, and more. This performance marks another bold step forward as Shemaiah Red continues to make her mark and take up space.
