Peyton “Red” Leonard (21): Greensboro raised artist, Peyton Leonard, is ready to step into the spotlight as she makes her 54 Below Debut! Captivating audiences for over 10 years by starting her career singing in choirs and performing musical theater, she has blossomed into a multi-faceted performer. More than a vocalist, Red is a natural creative who is also a dancer, poet, actor, makeup artist and hair stylist! She is currently a graduating Senior Comparative Women’s Studies major, with a focus in Black Women’s Activism and Politics, and a minor in Political Science at #1 HBCU, Spelman College. Here she has gained access to sisterhood, service and opportunities that have developed her career such as participating in college productions and singing in front of artists: Jacquees, Alicia Keys, Brandi Carlile, the cast of A Different World and more!
