Ritt Henn

Ritt Henn plays bass, writes songs, and lives in New York City. He’s played Off-Broadway, toured the U.S., Europe, and Asia, been a featured performer with Carnatic global fusion violinist Dr. L. Subramaniam, and played on the Grammy-nominated album, To Steve With Love: Liz Callaway Celebrates Sondheim. In addition to accompanying and recording with Renee Katz, he’s worked with Kathleen Turner, Ann Hampton Callaway, Jeff Harnar, Tanya Moberly, Amanda McBroom and Michele Brourman, Andrea Marcovicci, Karen Mason, Karen Akers, Woody Regan, Len Cariou, Penny Fuller, Anita Gillette, and Chuck Berry. Ritt’s released four CDs of original music and a DVD of short films, produced over 200 episodes of ManBassBoxTV, and won both Bistro and MAC Awards for his work as a solo artist. He also whistles and plays the ukulele.
