Scarlett Diviney is a Brooklyn kid first and foremost! She is a singer, actress, and dancer. Scarlett made her theatrical debut in the National Tour of The Lion King as Young Nala. Scarlett recently made her Metropolitan Opera debut in The Life and Times of Malcolm X playing the role of young Malcolm’s sister. She continues to work on many theater projects and industry readings. As a child actress Scarlett appeared in Cupids, a short film that won awards at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film set out to reclaim black joy and widen the screen for diversity. Scarlett was singing before she was talking! She has performed with Dionne Warwick, and many other greats. Scarlett is the Co Founder of Voices to End Hunger, an organization that has supported New Yorkers suffering from food insecurity in NYC. Voices to End Hunger hosts cabarets and events with  all star casts performing to help those in need. Most importantly Scarlett is a good friend and loves her family!
