Welcome

To
54 Below

54 Below is excited to welcome artists, staff, and audiences back to “Broadway’s Living Room.”

We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for all guests, staff and artists in a safe and healthy environment. We are following the most current guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) related to COVID-19.

Please note that all guidelines and policies are subject to change in accordance with government mandates and recommendations.

In addition to creating new policies to make our guests, performers and staff safer when visiting our space, we have made some physical modifications to our venue.

Below are some of the basic safety measures we will be implementing:

Mask Policy

Performers and guests are welcome to wear a mask at their discretion.

Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

In consultation with our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) experts, we have worked to find the best solution for our space to meet government requirements for indoor dining. Our venue has two Aerus Pure and Clean oxidation and ionization units. Utilizing high intensity UVC light, these units are proven to remove airborne and surface contaminants.

Air circulation has been modified to ensure an exchange of inside and outside air.

Hand Sanitizing Stations

Hand sanitizer dispensers with a 60% or greater alcohol content have been installed in our entrances, outside restrooms and several other locations on our premises. These will be maintained by the sanitation attendant on duty.

Dining Room

We are operating at full capacity with our traditional cabaret-style seating.

Restrooms

Signs have been posted inside the restrooms reminding guests of proper hand washing procedures.

Reservations

When purchasing tickets through our website or via the phone, guests must reserve a specific arrival time. There will be a limited number of reservations taken for each arrival time to help control guest flow into the stairwell and lobby. Reservations for both the 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm shows will be in 15-minute increments.

Reservations for the 7:00 pm show will begin at 5:30 pm, with the last reservations at 6:15 pm. Reservations for the 9:30 pm show will begin at 9:00 pm, with the last reservation at 9:15 pm.

Doors for the later show will not open until 9:00 pm, allowing the staff time to sanitize the club between shows.

Arriving for a Show

Guests should arrive at the club between 5 and 10 minutes, but not more than 15 minutes, prior to their reservation. Management will make special accommodations for guests with disabilities who may need more time to enter the club. If possible, we request that guests notify the box office of any such need for special assistance at the time of ticket purchase by calling 646-476-3551.

Guests who have exhibited any of the symptoms of COVID-19 within 72 hours of their reservation must call our box office at 646-476-3551 for help rescheduling tickets.

Artist Meet and Greets

We have resumed artist meet and greets at the bar areas after shows at the artist discretion.
