The Bugnon sound is a white hot, slow burning mixture of contemporary jazz, funk and R&B with a dash of gospel thrown in for good measure. Alex grew up in Montreux, Switzerland, home of the world renowned Montreux Jazz Festival, and has gone on to delight audiences worldwide as both pianist and composer with his sophisticated musical style – an exotic blend or rhythms with haunting, soulful refrains. His many recordings have graced the Top 40 R&B charts many times over, and he is the recipient of two Soul Train Music Awards. Kick off 2013 with Alex and his swingin’ trio for an evening of smooth tunes and sultry melodies.
