Elijah Rock, a next generation interpreter of the Great American Songbook makes his debut at Feinstein’s/54 Below. NAACP theatre award winner and Ovation Award Nominee, Elijah has starred as the Crooner in the musical play Words by Ira Gershwin, Porgy in Porgy and Bess, and recurred as a guest-star on Showtime’s hit show “Masters of Sex.” Elijah will dazzle you with selections from his new album, Gershwin For My Soul currently soaring on the jazz airwaves as he pays homage to the songs and lyrics of George and Ira Gershwin with a contemporary twist.
