Linda Purl, best known for “Happy Days,” “Matlock,” and “The Office” returns to 54 Below with California Girls: Grit, Grace and West Coast Dreaming – from Doris Day to Joni Mitchell.
From vintage Hollywood to 1960s Laurel Canyon, women singers and songwriters headed west to revel, rebel and reimagine themselves and their music in California’s freedom and promise. Returning to 54 Below with her brand new show, Linda Purl—who went west herself—celebrates the greatest songs from artists including Doris Day, Rosemary Clooney, Laura Nyro, Judy Collins, Joni Mitchell and more, and how California culture helped create them.
