Mingling the dulcet tones of Pamela Winslow Kashani and the sweet and jazzy sax stylings of Jerry Mandel, this show will explore love in all its forms, from its wide-eyed beginnings through its foibles and struggles to its joyful conclusions, highlighting the great American songbook and beyond.
Broadway performer and producer Pamela Winslow Kashani loves to create, and always continues to seek and foster new artistic ideas. She co-leads Apples and Oranges Studios, the film, television, and theater production company with her husband Tim Kashani. As an actor, Pamela has created such varied roles as Ensign McKnight on Star Trek: the Next Generation to the original Rapunzel in Into the Woods on Broadway. Also on Broadway Pamela played Lucille in Meet Me in St. Louis, Babette (the feather duster) in Beauty and the Beast, and Cinderella in Into the Woods. Across the US Pamela has played leading roles at many regional theaters, and has made many TV guest appearances as well as hosting her own TV show, Arts Coast to Coast. Change Happens, her one-woman stage show, has played in several venues on both coasts, and her CD of the same name is available on cdbaby.com. As producer she won a Drama Desk Award for Hair in 2009, in 2010 gained another Drama Desk and a Tony for the Best Musical Memphis, and is currently producing An American in Paris.
