Get ready to GIVE IT UP! as the Trojans of Athens University take over Feinstein’s/54 Below. Join Lyssie J, Robin, Lampito, Cleonice, and Myrrhine as they try to motivate the basketball team to win a game. For one night only, several original cast members from Lysistrata Jones will reunite to perform music from the Broadway musical.
Lysistrata Jones is a modern retelling of the Greek Lysistrata and features a score by Lewis Flinn and a Tony-nominated book by Douglas Carter Beane. The Broadway production opened in November 2011 after a successful run Off-Broadway and received a rave review from Ben Brantley at The New York Times.
