Straight from the University of Pennsylvania, the legendary Mask and Wig Club brings its century-long tradition of musical comedy to 54 Below for one night only! Founded in 1889, Mask and Wig is America’s oldest collegiate musical comedy troupe, known for its sharp wit, dazzling choreography, and timeless parody songs. This special cabaret performance, Wig You Be Mine?, features the Club’s famous and wacky love songs including songs from our most recent production like “Sparrow in the Heart” and “The Robber Bride” from the beloved production, Mystery Repeats Itself. With a live four-piece band, a cast of singers, and plenty of laughs, the evening celebrates the interesting ways that one can experience or observe love. Whether you’re an alum, a Penn fan, or just a lover of clever musical parodies, celebrate Valentine’s Day early with Mask and Wig.
