Welcome

To
54 Below

Please join Feinstein’s/54 Below, and Broadway Celebrates Awareness of Women’s Suffrage (BCAWS) to celebrate the iconic animated television series “Schoolhouse Rock!”

The evening will include a special salute to the fabulous Lynn Ahrens (Ragtime, Once On This Island, Anastasia), one of the program’s original creative team members.

“Schoolhouse Rock!” was an educational series that aired on Saturday mornings from 1973-1985 on ABC-TV. It provided children (of all ages) with animated musical shorts about subjects ranging from grammar and history to math and science. During the 1990’s, ABC brought back the series, and aired both old and new segments.

Don’t miss some of your favorite Broadway performers singing “Schoolhouse Rock!” classics like: “I’m Just A Bill,” “Interplanet Janet,” “A Noun Is A Person, Place or Thing,” and “Sufferin’ Till Suffrage.”
