Alumni from Young Artists of America (YAA) based in Bethesda, MD come together to celebrate 15 years of YAA through highlights from major Broadway titles performed during their time as students at YAA. There might even be some surprise Broadway guests that join them on stage for YAA’s NYC debut at 54 Below to celebrate the organization’s 15th anniversary season!
As the leading musical theatre training organization in the mid-Atlantic region, Young Artists of America specializes in curating high quality, large scale productions on major stages with full symphony orchestra at major concert venues. Recent major productions include The Prince of Egypt with Stephen Schwartz, as well as commissioning and performing the symphonic premieres of Titanic by Maury Yeston, Wonderland by Frank Wildhorn, and Big Fish with Andrew Lippa, as well as world premiere productions of The Songs of Tim Rice and Hal Prince’s Broadway for both the stage and television for PBS. YAA alums grace the regional stages of theatres and symphonies around the nation, as well as national tours and on and off-Broadway.
