Lana Sage
Lana wants to thank everyone for sharing their time with new works and new stories! During her BFA at Boston University, Lana focused heavily on new works, performing in the premiere production of Kirsten Greenidge’s One Penny Down, assistant directed a revitalized production of Frederico Garcia Lorca’sYerma told through Spanish, English, and Flamenco music and movement, produced and directed staged readings of a few of her own plays, and collaborated on other staged readings and workshops. Lana made her NYC debut last summer, directing the one act play “The Beautification Committee” as part of a new works festival at the Gene Frankel Theatre. Before moving to the East Coast, Lana worked in and around the regional theatre and film/commercial scene in Portland, OR as a young actor, director, and playwright.
