Jeffrey Sewell, an actor and singer from Boston, Massachusetts, is thrilled to be part of this event at 54 Below. Previously performing here in 2020 as part of Robbie Rozelle’s Tuesdays at 54 Below, just before the pandemic hit, Jeffrey is now back in New York City and couldn’t imagine a more perfect concert to be a part of. Growing up in a family of music aficionados, the Carpenters’ melodies were the soundtrack to his aunts and uncles’ childhoods. Introduced to the mesmerizing voice of Karen Carpenter at a young age by his beloved aunt, Sarah, a true music enthusiast, Jeffrey became a huge fan of the Carpenters, their music, and their story. This shared love for the Carpenters was one of the foundations of his connection with Julia Marson, whom he met during their first year of college. Both devoted fans, the culmination of this concert, produced by Julia, is even more special and an absolute honor for Jeffrey to be a part of. Jeffrey’s recent credits include performing as a Lead Singer with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and RWS Global, with notable roles in Ragtime, Pippin, Little Shop of Horrors, Heathers, and La Cage aux Folles.
