Finnigan Faye’s San Francisco Daydream: A 5 Year Anniversary Concert

Finnigan B. Faye, composer & lyricist of the Off-Broadway musical, Catching Fireflies, returns to 54 Below in a celebration of the 5 year anniversary of his very first score: San Francisco Daydream: A Song Cycle. Not only is the piece his love letter to the west coast, but also a snapshot of the young songwriter’s departure from home and his process of accepting the past to live a more fulfilled present three thousand miles away. Rewritten to match a present day reflection, selections from this concert will be recorded and released as a live album with brand new lyrics and perspectives to highlight the beauty of transition. Featuring original cast members from the 2020 workshop and album, as well as some new faces of NYC’s up and coming talent.
