Ann Kittredge
Multi-award winning vocalist Ann Kittredge has spent the past several years singing her heart out at top cabaret and jazz venues in the Big Apple, and has received glowing critical acclaim for her small venue performances, with Brady Schwind of BroadwayWorld calling her a “Story-songstress supreme!” With a wide-ranging musical repertoire spanning the music of the American Songbook as well as classic pop, jazz and contemporary musical theatre, she is the very essence of the New York entertainer: captivating, alluring, humorous and dynamic.
Ann recently expanded her career into the recording industry. Her debut album, reIMAGINE, was met with rave reviews and was presented with the LaMott-Friedman Award in 2022. She quickly followed that up with her most recent album in May 2024, Romantic Notions, with a sold-out release show at the iconic Birdland Jazz. Already, her recordings have garnered over 1,000,000 streams and has charted on radio lists worldwide. Look out for her holiday album due out later this year!
Ann is thrilled to be back on the 54 Below stage where she won her first MAC award for her debut cabaret show back in 2018. Prior to her solo career, Ann enjoyed a varied theater career in NY and at major venues across the country, working in leading and featured roles with incredibly talented creatives including Susan Stroman, Ted Sperling, Mel Shapiro, Walter Bobby, Lynn Ahrens & Stephen Flaherty, and Kathleen Marshall, to name a few.
Currently, she sits on the Advisory Board of several organizations, including The American Songbook Association, which provides cabaret workshops to underprivileged NYC public school students, and The Capital Cabaret Organization, promoting the art form of cabaret in our nation’s capital.
Lisa Jo Sagolla of Bistro Awards said Ann’s “musical imagination is startling. Her pellucid voice is ravishing.” (Ann had to look up “pellucid” too.) For more about Ann and links to hear her music, visit annkittredge.com.
