MADELINE WALL, they/them, and sometimes she/her, is a Seattle-born, Brooklyn-based film and theater artist. They received their BFA in Film and Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Since moving to New York, they have worked for ABC, NBC, Showtime, Netflix, Columbia University, and NYU. Their work as a film director has been featured in The Seattle International Film Festival, First Run Festival, and The Student Academy Awards, as well as winning them multiple awards for design and editing. They were a member of the Emmy-award-winning Costume Design team for Russian Doll. They have production managed and produced theatre at Target Margin, Access Theater, WOW Cafe Theater, and Piper Theatre. They were an associate producer on Diana Oh’s Infinite Love Party at the Bushwick Starr. Their stage direction has been seen at The Clemente, SoHo Playhouse, the Flea Theatre, Piper Theatre, Musical Theatre Factory, and through the producing company, EBP. A multi-disciplinary artist and teacher, they teach weekly sewing machine classes to young children, and direct children and teens in educational Shakespeare productions.
