After a year of intensive training, the next generation of musical-theatre talent steps into the spotlight. BFA Bound brings together the exceptional Class of 2029 – young artists who have spent the year preparing, refining, and rising to meet the demands of the country’s most competitive BFA musical theatre programs.
Produced and directed by Andy Delgado and Melinda DeSantis, this one-night-only cabaret features standout freshman Musical Theatre students from across the nation, including Boston Conservatory at Berklee, University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Carnegie Mellon University, Elon University, The Hartt School, Ithaca College, University of Miami, University of Michigan, Montclair State University, Oberlin College, Pace University, Penn State University, Shenandoah Conservatory, Syracuse University, and Texas State University. Join us as they take the 54 Below stage for an evening of storytelling, powerhouse vocals, and pure energy.
At BFA Bound, these rising performers proudly represent their schools, showcasing not only their passion and growth, but the community, commitment, and artistry that have shaped their first year of training. From heartfelt solos, energetic group numbers, this vibrant group shares the work that has fueled their journey and the promise that lies ahead.
