*This page is only for the use of artists and producers whose shows have been booked at 54 Below. 54 Below does not record and release footage for public use and consumption.*

If you are interested in a recording of any type, please let us know at least two weeks in advance of your sound check.

Video Option A – $1,000.00

• Multi-camera live-edited, broadcast quality (1080p) video recording with live-mixed audio.
• Multitrack audio recording also available upon request.
• Live-edited video provided to artist via Vimeo downloadable link.
• The isolated camera feed files can also be copied to a performer-provided, large capacity hard drive at no extra cost.
• The files can only be copied to a performer-provided 1 TB hard drive or solid state drive. It will need to stay over night and will be returned by performer pickup or by mailing the drive to the performer. Please avoid bringing in thumb drives and be prepared for the drive to be reformatted if it does not work with Mac.
• Standard Title and Credits Cards available upon request.
• 1-3 clips extracted for YouTube available upon request.
• Clips uploaded to the 54 Below YouTube channel, subject to approval.

Video Option B – $300

• Recordings of feeds from (2) locked off cameras* with live-mixed audio.
• Camera shots will be chosen and set with the artist at sound check.
• Additional locked off shots are available for purchase.
• Multitrack audio available with this package at an additional fee of $300. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required.
• The locked off, isolated shots will be provided to artist via Dropbox downloadable link.
• Files can be transferred via Dropbox. The files can also be copied to a performer-provided 1 TB hard drive or solid state drive. It will need to stay over night and will be returned by performer pickup or by mailing the drive to the performer. Please avoid bringing in thumb drives and be prepared for the drive to be reformatted if it does not work with Mac.
• Standard Title and Credits Cards available upon request.
• 1-3 clips extracted from one of the two shots.
• Clips uploaded to the 54 Below YouTube channel, subject to approval.

*Please note: Locked off shots of the stage do not move and are the same beginning to end. This option may be considered if a performer or group of performers are generally the center of attention in the center portion of the stage.

Audio Board Recording -$100

• Stereo, live-mixed .wav file of the show. This is the audio that is synced to all video packages by default.
• Does not include individual multi-tracks.

Promotional multi-track Audio – $500

• Receive the raw audio tracks from your performance.
• These tracks are raw and unedited and will need to be mixed and mastered.
• These files are not able to be sent and downloaded through Dropbox or other internet file transfer services. You will need to bring in a drive to receive these tracks.
• This is available as an add-on with our Video Option B package at an additional cost of $300 ($600 total).

Commercial Multi-Track Audio – $1,000

• This package is exclusively for performers who will create a commercial album for resell from their performance.
• Receive the raw audio tracks from your performance.
• These tracks are raw and unedited and will need to be mixed and mastered.
• These files are not able to be sent and downloaded through Dropbox or other internet file transfer services. You will need to bring in a drive to receive these tracks.
• Artist is responsible for any and all representations and warranties to ensure that performers, musicians, and any relevant unions have agreed to the commercial use of the recording.

Editing & Additional Information

• If the artist needs a hard drive provided to store their video files, 54 Below may provide one for an additional fee of $150.
• Files will need to transfer to a drive over night. Please prepare for your drive to be left at 54 Below and allow a week after the event for us to deliver video files.
• Additional video editing can be provided at a rate of $100/hour.
• Post-audio editing is also available at a rate of $100/hour
