Alexis Tidwell is a New York based entertainer from Memphis, TN who received her Master and Bachelor of Music degrees in Choral Music Education from the University of Tennessee. Favorite credits – Little Eva in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical 1st national tour, Joanne in RENT (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act (CFRT), Marvina in Shout Sister Shout! (Seattle Rep) , Camae in The Mountaintop (Saint Michael’s Playhouse), Dorothy in The Wiz, Lorrell in Dreamgirls (Alhambra Theatre), and Charlotte in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). You can currently see her as Miss Mimi in “Miss Mimi’s Costume Closet,” streaming now on Peacock Kids.
